Edward Sarrain, a fourth year PhD candidate at Hengyao Niu’s lab, has been awarded an NIH National Cancer Institute F31 fellowship. This fellowship will be covering his work towards understanding the mechanism of genomic ribonucleotide excision by Top1 and how this process is regulated.
